With colour removed, the focus shifts to strong composition, interesting light, and the story within the frame.Anything goes in terms of subject — for example – street scenes, architecture to portraits, nature, or abstract details. This theme is ideal for experimenting with light and shadow, whether shooting specifically for black and white or converting from colour.
