Douglas Milne – Landscape Photography

Douglas is a landscape photographer based in West Lothian, Scotland. He has been taking photographs since 2014. While working in Whitley Bay for a couple of years, he found it impossible to capture decent photographs of St Mary’s Lighthouse, which sits out in the bay. Although it was relatively close at hand, it always appeared tiny on pictures that he took on his phone. So he bought a proper camera. And lo and behold, the lighthouse still looked tiny. So he bought a zoom lens. Bingo! The rest is history …
